  Great nose of cherry and plum. Some structure on the attack and a soft and quick finish. Mellowed quick after the bottle was opened. Easy dipping and very enjoyable bouquet but no substantial structure and very light tannins. Enjoyable and pleasant if your expectations are set correctly.

  Bottle has lost its structure by this time. “Flat” is how one of my guest described it. Still had lots of cherry flavor 24 hours after decanting but was extremely soft. Turned into an easy sipping wine and doesn’t have the structure to pair with meat anymore

  Pleasant nose filled with cherry, plum and chocolate. Smooth in the front with nice tannic finish. Drank it with homemade goat cheese pizza. The goat cheese noticeably mellowed the wine but the addition of red pepper flakes brought it back to life. My wife an I enjoy full bodied wines and this pairing was enjoyable.

  Alluring nose with blackberry and dark forest berries on the nose with sharper minty herb (hints of rosemary and less zesty herbs) with tart notes. In the mouth had a coffee chocolate envelope around a layered slightly sour fruit core of dark forest berry, blueberry, blackberry on the nose with notes of wood in good balance with slightly fuzzy tannin. Balance favors the fruit - could use a bit more acid otherwise decent balance. Finish fades of same elements. Dryish. Body medium plus, acid medium minus, tannin medium or higher.
