Very little nose upon opening. Major fruit bomb on the palette. Still some tannins on the finish but pretty well integrated.

Still outstanding in 2021. A great CdP. Nice mouthfeel and still some tannins for structure. Only one bottle left :(

This CdP is still awesome! Wonderful mouthfeel, long finish, well integrated tannins. IMO, no need to hurry and drink. Good for at least 5 more years.

This CdP is in full stride right now. Wonderful nose and mouthfeel. Very smooth and refined. And a medium long finish. Just a fantastic CdP.

What can I say? This wine was incredible. Dark cherry cola, terroir, earth, grilled meat, iodine, aged black cherry and all in balance. From start to finish this wine has incredible balance. Nice acidic start, went well with olives, Mediterranean spiced almonds, a stew that was more on the herbal side. This wine is in the PERFECT spot to be opened tonight. Disappeared before the food was gone, and that hasn't happened for MANY years. Lots of sediment herez so this one is starting to lose its armour. So drink up and be merry!
