  Consumed at 22 years. A bit less acidity but we’ll-balanced, and the fruit has maintained beautifully. Lots of life remaining. Straw-colored. No oxidation.

  Definitely in an advanced
  /mature state. Served blind and was not called as Chablis by many…was served a bit cold and as it warmed up it showed more typically. Good bottle, no reason to wait. Corkage at oxalis

  superb chablis les clos. Full of mineralogy, intense, still surprisingly fresh after 20+ years.

  chablis and champagne at secchu. this, as with many of the wines tonight, really needed air to show off. after an hour it had a lovely nutmeg spice to it
