A great value wine. Well rounded with a bit of complexity beyond the price point. Toasty, yeasty aromas of brioche and pastry with hints of baked apple, orange/lemon rind, plus some floral elements too... Rich body with flavoura of apple, peach etc, Nice tart acidity. Finish is not so long, but nothing too disappointing.

Nice fruit driven sparkling with enough acidic citrus to balance it. Pleasant creamy mouth feel. Maybe not quite enough of the toastiness I like to really balance it out but a a very quaffable fruit forward sparkling.

Just delicious. Much richer than the last time I had this. Very robust nose full of green and stone fruits and heaps of lovely biscuity yeastiness. It's very much like and orchard and pastry shop in the same room. There is finesse here, though. Well structured palate with a nice tension from the acidity in the middle palate and very long finish. The mousse is still slightly rustic for me, however. Finer bubbles and this would be a true star.

I love this - complexity of aged Champagne on the nose with it's baked apple and toasted brioche glory. Palate is elegant, green fruits, toasty, and yeasty with a nice long finish. My complaint is still with the bubbles and the mousse. It sometimes feels more like soft-drink carbonation than something elegant and prickly.
