Still fresh and delicious, with a crunchy fruit character. Developing a smoky undertone with bottle age. Drink over the next year but it should still be interesting for a year or two after that.

This bottle drank very well. Bright red color with delicious ripe cherry flavors and some added spice. Enjoyed with salmon and lentils. We will be buying more at the upcoming Moore Brothers sale.

Clear ruby colour. Violets, cherries and incense on the nose, very perfumed. Same notes on the palate, very forward and lively. A lovely expression of pinot noir at this price.

This wine arrived in stores just in time for Thanksgiving '06, but when I opened a few bottles then it was a real letdown in comparison to the beautiful 2004 -- it came across a little flat with no real sense of Pinot. This was my first bottle since then and I'm happy to conclude that those bottles from five months ago were clearly still recovering from bottling shock or whatever, because now it's back to the Vignoble Guillaume I love: pure Pinot Noir in every sense, bursting with berries and violets, a soft cushioned texture with sticky, savory sap and thirstquenching acidity.

Wine Education Service - Vin de Pays (South Hampstead High School): Very pleasant pinot noir nose.
Typical pinot noir but very light.
