Cellartracker in the flesh with Pjhaines (Paul) Day three (Paul's place in Blackheath): Very red spectrum; all cranberry and red currant with wild ferment funkiness and whole bunch, chalky tannins are drying, slightly sour on the palate. Would have been better to have this earlier I think…feels a little ungenerous now.
