Thursday, May 25, 2023 - Decanted one hour. Poured 1/2 glasses 30 minutes before dinner of grilled sweetbreads. Dark color. Nice tannins but soft. Full flavor profile of dark red fruits. Full mouthfeel. Very smooth with nice acidity & full body. Great QPR. Delicate aromas of berries. Search Spain Toro wines out before others figure it out.
