Monday, September 4, 2023 - Decanted 30 minutes but it’s not enough. My bad. It needs two hours to softer. Dark black color. This is just so tasty but a bit tannic initially. At two hour mark the wine softened and was lovely. Dark black fruits dominate. Toro is becoming a favorite Spanish wine of mine now.
