Sunday, May 5, 2024 - Seems to be in a state of maturity. Savory with a nice sous bois element. There’s a notable purity to the fruit that’s quite unique. Still has a little bright cherry and fresh rhubarb despite some of the mature elements. Finish a bit thin but if quite refreshing.
