Capt Cutlass Does not like this wine:

Saturday, May 11, 2024 - Perhaps the world's longest cork for an affordable wine?? That was about the only accolade I can offer. Decanted for 2 hours and still full of Brett and volatile acidity. Unfortunately, this bottle is defective and I doubt it's the only one. Not a problem for natural wine drinkers who are used to the funky, volatile elements but despite the long decant and large glasses and pairing with beef the volatility just didn't dissipate. God bless Jacky Blot but he didn't build his great legacy on this faulty style...
