Wednesday, June 29, 2022 - Drinking this in gaya island in Malaysia, from a hotel with a 5000 bottle cellar. Medium ruby color. Beautiful sous bois, mushroom, dried cherries, vanilla, white pepper on the nose. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, Dry tannins, med flavor intensity, med+ finish. Nice salinity, roses, dried cherry, balanced with a nice acidity, mushroom and earthiness. Lingering minerality for a good 20 seconds. Excellent.
