Monday, January 22, 2024 - Decanted over 2 hours and drank over a 3 hour meal. Really light on the nose, with some floral and licorice hints. Cherry, berries, maybe a tiny bit of graphite. Really easy on the front of the palate but distractingly sour on the end. I don't know if this means it needs time, but the tannins and acid seemed out of balance. It was so beautiful until the very end.
