Medium gold colour. Medium+ intensity aromas of baked apple, chamomile, ripe apricots and hints of lemon peel.
It is dry in the mouth with a medium+ acidity. It has a medium alcohol and a medium+ body. It has medium+ intensity flavours and a medium+ finish.
It is a very good quality wine. It has a persistent finish and a remarkable flavour concentration in perfect balance with the acidity and alcohol. It shows complexity provided by bottle ageing, but not enough to consider it outstanding.

Wonderful and interesting Austrian white. Apples and pears, white peach, pepper and chalky minerality. Good amount of acidity, depth an focus. A 9-variety field blend

Out of the quiet of my cellar emerges this magnificent creation! I remember when it was young, and very shy, and not showing much on the nose - just sophistication on the palate. Now its an explosion of Gruner fruit backed up by an immense and colorful interplay of god-knows how many varietals. Its open and powerful and ready to go. Should have waited on all the other bottles I have drunk.

The day was bad, the wine was sensational. Calming and so self assured, beautiful, elegant, and finally (finally!) right in the pocket. It only took five years.

Nose is clean, medium, citrus, stone fruit, minerals.
Palate is dry, medium acidity, medium body, medium + flavor inensity with an extremely long finish. An everlasting finish, if I dare say so. Lots of texture to the wine but no flavors of lees. No alc. noticeable. Whew, the flavor of the finish goes on and on.
Overall this is very good wine, even going up a step higher beyond that. It is supremely balanced with its texture and body weight, and has an incredible finish. Well worth $45. A stunner.

Dujac City - Burgundy Fest (Waterford Wine Co. Tasting Room): On the nose, and interesting mix of tropical fruits, particularly papaya and herbal notes. Some zippy citrus also. Crisp and bright on the palate. Some tropical flavors to go with a bit of stone fruit. Fresh cut hay. Long finish.

This is becoming better and better. Frankly, the last three bottles have amazed me. Now: pineapple on the nose, mango, lemon, lime. Leesy too. Palate is tight, complex, and lengthy finish. This is very fine wine.

described as the perfect wine for the afterglow. arugula and white pepper on the nose and palate. a bit of a savory blue cheese thought at the finish. flashing quite the richness and showing as a fabulous wine.

Voilà un vin très agréable ! Le nez est assez floral, probablement représentatif des différents cépages qui consituent cet assemblage. En bouche le vin perle gentilment ce qui n'ajoute qu'à son charme et sa fraicheur. A comparer peut être a un très bon muscadet en un peu plus complexe? A racheter si possible.
