Decanted for 60 minutes and then poured back into the bottle. Lots of lemon and salinity. Manages to preserve a strong concentration of flavor while having a lightweight mouthfeel. Very refreshing. This is in a great spot right now and still has several years of life left.

Decanted for 90 minutes and then poured back into bottle for consumption over several hours. Could be bottle variation, but this was over the hill. Smelled great upon initial open with lots of blue fruit, but this faded quickly. Very astringent, light, and overall unbalanced after revisiting several times.

First time trying Vice Versa. Decanted for 90 min prior to consumption. Disappointing given the pedigree/reputation of the winery. The wine was “fine” but fairly one dimensional. No discerning characteristics apart from being “smooth”. Perhaps it was a mismatch of expectations as I was anticipating a bold/hedonistic wine. No regrets with trying given I paid ~$90 for the bottle, but unsure I’d revisit at the regular price point.
