Degorged: April 2016 On the nose: Bread, dried apricot, yellow apples and the newly washed sheets are still present. (Please see note from 2018) On the palate: Citrus/lime, bread, gunpowder and some minerals. Medium + finish

Special Clubs and Cayuse for the 4th of July (Highland Park, IL): Nose: The nose is flowing and pristine with quince, pears, red apples, mint, white florals, biscuits, saline, and mineral tones. There is excellent depth with an open-knit style to this that is really enjoyable at the moment.
Taste: The feel is medium bodied with zesty, high acidity. The acidity has integrated well and the feel shows off a roundness with quince, pears, red apples, mint, crushed rocks, saline, and biscuits.
Overall: This is drinking beautifully right now. It feels like it may well be an earlier drinking Champagne as it has rounded into form and brings excellent balance and depth.

Frisk mousse och fortfarande distinkt syra. Frukt och kanske en hint av fikon i den ganska påtagliga sötman. Man kan ana mognad. En härlig aperetifchampagne.

Excellent nuance wine. Intense but refined bubbles framed by mature brioche and a mix of baked and fresh apple aromas. Nice finish. More, please.

Deep in color, great vibrancy and complex flavors. Will gain complexity with time.
