  • Drank at home over 3 hours, no decant, large glass

17.30: The wine shows low to med intensity in the nose, feels rather nutty, a touch subdued, some citrus and ripe stone fruit, a few Jura notes. Palate light, tries to breathe and expand, nutty, Jura again, apricot and orange notes, med body and finish
17.40: Opens up and gets more nutty, the oak is more upfront, the acidity picks up the pace, stone fruit, some toast/bacon notes too
18.20: Full on ripe stone fruit, nutty, elegant, the acidity stands lower now
    18.30: Melon, nectarine, tin apricot
19.15: Forward, balaned fruit with oak, nutty, smooth, elegant, the palate shows some heavier roasted almond/coffee notes
19.50: Gets a bit heavier, fuller in body, stone fruit, nutty
20.40: Thight, the wine feels fuller, almond, nutty, showing tannins and fine oak frame.

Damn! Could it be that I rushed to drink this ? I'll decant next bottle.
