Stood up in the cellar for a few days. Gave the bottle a slight chill. Cork came out perfectly. Slight bricking. Very aromatic, and had a slight sweetness in the nose. Good backbone, but a softness (NSG??) too. Full and velvety in the mouth. Long, and with an ever so slight caramel touch.
My last of these, and very enjoyable in a comfy way.

Vertical Tasting of Chevillon Nuits Vieilles Vignes (Vin Vino, Palo Alto): Lighter and more brown than either the '01 or '02. A clear step down in intensity with its distant, faintly vegetal nose. Thin, underripe, sour mouth feel with the additional downside of artificial, poorly integrated sweetness which hints of chaptalization. Rapid decline in the glass. Fragile and verging on undrinkable, at least after 20 to 30 minutes in the glass.

Beautiful NSG nose. Well-structured, with soid tannic backbone, but not over-bearing. Needs time
