2002 Hangtime Cellars Pinot Noir Force Canyon Vineyard Arroyo Seco (USA, California, Central Coast, Arroyo Seco) 11/20/2005A&B90

Was very suprised that this wine showed so great. For a low proced wine it had developed great in the cellar with great fruit and some complexity. yummy (2074 views)

2005 Hangtime Cellars Pinot Noir Bourgogne (France, Burgundy, Bourgogne) 7/20/2007acchrist082

Not a huge fan of this wine, but I have to admit its the secod time I've thrown a bottle into a mixed case. Overall, a little watery and not much of a finish, but its drinkable and has a nice berry/acid balance. As long as you don't set your expectations too high you can't be too disappointed with a $13 wine. (2560 views)

2005 Hangtime Cellars Syrah Mounts Vineyard (USA, California, Sonoma County, Dry Creek Valley) 12/15/2014Aescalpius92

Wow, deep purple with a heavy nose of plum, chocolate and currant (I also got a hint of charcuterie but my wife didn't). Similar on the tongue, deep rich silky texture with a hint of peppermint on the finish. Drinking well right now (Dec/14). (724 views)

2011 Hangtime Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon California (USA, California)12/8/2014alforsd88

Excellent QPR. Wasn't impressed at 1st - took about 30 minutes for it to come alive. Surprisingly complex at this price point. (473 views)

2005 Hangtime Cellars Pinot Noir Bourgogne (France, Burgundy, Bourgogne) 7/15/2009AustinJC

I have to agree with everyone else. Little to no nose to speak of. A little red fruit and spice. The palate is of tart cherries and maybe a hint of fig, which is what I've come to expect from low end Pinot Noir. This wine is definitely not worth the $15 tag. There are amazing wines to be had at that price point and this fell very short. (3771 views)

2008 Hangtime Cellars Chardonnay Central Coast (USA, California, Central Coast) 3/14/2013BeneathTheChandelier81

Decent quaffing wine, perfect for hanging out with a movie and a bowl of popcorn. It was a little hot when we first opened it, but that quickly disappeared with some air. It has medium acidity, and a creamy, round mouthfeel. Nice weight on the palate. Pineapple, honey, slightly oaky, melon at the finish. Not a complicated wine, not much of a finish. (2197 views)

2006 Hangtime Cellars Pinot Noir Force Canyon Vineyard Arroyo Seco (USA, California, Central Coast, Arroyo Seco) 3/6/2009Bob in NC86

Cherry dominates the nose with subtle cedar notes. A nice blend of cherry, cedar, earth and vanilla tastes with a supple mouth feel and a medium short refined finish. A good smooth drinking QPR Pinot that is ready to drink now, don’t hold. (1584 views)

2000 Hangtime Cellars Pinot Noir Santa Maria Valley (USA, California, Central Coast, Santa Maria Valley) 10/30/2009bradfriedlander89

Notes: This was surprisingly good for a wine that was supposedly pass its prime. The strawberries were still pronounced while a lovely earthy taste filled the background. (1652 views)

2004 Hangtime Cellars Pinot Noir Edna Valley (USA, California, Central Coast, Edna Valley) 10/23/2006BWalton

Simple, semi-jammy. Nothing to write home about but a decent pinot to have around for non-wine drinkers. (2213 views)

2005 Hangtime Cellars Pinot Noir Edna Valley (USA, California, Central Coast, Edna Valley) 10/5/2008Capt M80

Not too offensive but disjointed, relevant acidity, hollow in the middle, uninspiring, and with a little bit of fakeness. (1455 views)

2005 Hangtime Cellars Chardonnay Edna Valley (USA, California, Central Coast, Edna Valley) 9/3/2008Capt M85

Light golden color. Very buttery on the nose. It is almost all you can sense on the nose, with very subtle lemongrass, tangerine nuances. This is a full bodied chardonnay with a respectable oak influence, or maybe a little bit too much. Fruit, oak, and acidity are a little bit all over the place; a little bit disjointed. Unfortunately, I'm not pairing this wine with a dish at the moment, but all in all, I bet it would come together fairly well. I did used it to boost a mushroom risotto that I'm cooking, and I bet that it gave it some good character. I suspect that the fruit that lies under that bed of oak is pretty good quality and enjoyable. (1048 views)

2007 Hangtime Cellars Pinot Noir California (USA, California) 5/5/2010CdP in NYC85

Light/tight on day one, with clean aromatics and bright acidity. Opens though loses focus on day two, becoming fatter and a little jammy for my taste. This will appeal to those looking for a basic entry level pinot with a little more weight (assuming they'll let it open).

Drink now. 85 -JRS (3003 views)

2005 Hangtime Cellars Pinot Noir Bourgogne (France, Burgundy, Bourgogne) 5/8/2009chmd83

I expected this $10 Pinot Noir to be swill, but was pleasantly surprised. Still, the problem with PN is that it's either great or mediocre. Even in that price range, there are tons of wines that are delicious and more fun to drink. (1943 views)
