An icon producer in Barossa and RWT is one of its brightest stars, started as a “Red Wine Trial”, became one of the most well known premium Shiraz worldwide. Aged for 16 months in FR oak, 64% new, the rest in 1 year old barrels. Intense concentrated rich aroma of blackberries, black cherries, sweet tobacco, ripe plums, eucalyptus, toast, mocha, mild cedar and fruitcake hints. Full body, powerful and concentrated, polished & velvety, explosive yet not overbearing deep flavours in sync with spiced peppery tannins. (8 views)

Deep purple, still youthful appearance.
Spicy, cinnamon, leather, dark plums, milk chocolate. Autumn twigs according to my better half.
Sumptuous and mouth filling, intense, powerful but in no way overripe or over done. This has the benefit of Barossa power but none of the drawbacks of letting things go too far in fruit or oak departments.
Very good drinking. Another 5 years should be no problem at all, but so good now. (9 views)

Good Riesling. And I mean very good. It's at a great point now, and still has room to get better. Balance is good, the fruit is developing well. Medium long on the palate. (12 views)

Wow! 25 years old, and going strong. Heavy crust in the bottle, but pours clear. Nose of bay leaf and beef stock. On the palate, the same, with fruitcake, baking spices, ink and graphite.

6L format, bottle signed by Wayne himself. Pop n pour restaurant BYO, 8 lads. We love it, strangers love it, the staff love it. Garnet through, bricking around the hue. Big wine, black fruited, tertiary development, soft and rounded, however probably needed a bit of time to open up. Hey ho, smashed back and the lads had a great night. Very enjoyable. (17 views)

Full body. Noticeable but soft tanines. Medium minus acidity. Perfect structure👏

Amazingly aromatic, a real waaaaawoooooooooooooo, addicting, barrels, spices, terroir unbelievable👏👏👏👏👏

Same mixture on the palate, intensive but harmonic manner, chocolate, coconut, plum, blackberries, blueberries, pepper, licorice, ginger, anise, leather, earthy & more👏
