Lacks elegance or polish, a bit obtuse, but tasty and enjoyable.

Very deep, glossy purple. Nose is tight and dark-fruited. Not a lot of complexity yet. Palate rather assertive--acid more than tannin. Way too young to be properly enjoyable. Good value too.
