Pnp. Medium ruby in appearance. Nose of black cherries, ripe plums, with a touch of cedarwood. On the palate, same flavour profile as the nose with really good concentrations and hints of black pepper that runs along the whole palate. Medium+ bodied with a medium+ finish. (92 views)

This bottle was excellent. Slightly raisined. Lots of fruit, plenty of complexity, with Scott's nicely balanced and food friendly approach without being too juicy or fruity. Pretty good with meat sauce, too. (330 views)

Unfortunately this bottle was DOA, should have taken back to the place I purchased it a few days before, this has turned over into that over the hill bad port like drinking experience. I am not sure if this was a bottle specific problem or this had aged out, hard to clearly define. (124 views)

From a magnum. Pretty well soiled cork. Seems past its prime, dusty and muted cranberry and cherry, lot of herbal notes and some green pepper on the finish. Little to no tannins left. Still good but most would find it unappealing.

Update: after a few hours open, the green and herbal notes blew off some yielding more fruit and a more approachable wine. Day two it's already turning acidic so I would hesitate to hold on much longer and try to drink it all in one sitting. (100 views)
