Color. Rich yellow/green

Nose. Green melon, baked apple, white flowers.

Palate. Rich and creamy. Not like a Chardonnay. The semillon character really shines through. Lemons and wax and soft spices. The finish isn't terribly long. It's a yummy wine. (87 views)

Strong savoury, tannic. In the fresh greenish style of 2007, which looks set to be a rather classic and probably long-lived vintage. In its day it seemed over priced but it's turned out well and this is another example.

Feeling a bit closed at the moment. Decanted for 2 hours, which helped. Bright racy acidity with a slightly rich texture. Orchard fruit, citrus, florals and a bit of spice.

Medium gold colour.

Pronounced aromas of peach, melon, pear, passion fruit, gooseberry, nutmeg, lemon curd, fresh lemon, citrus zest, jasmine, wet stone.

Pronouned palate.
