2008 base vintage. 100 percent chard from 75 year old vines. I am a big fan of this cuvee. This cuvee does better with time in the cellar, my preference is around 4 years. The balance is here, with fruit, chalk and minerality. This is still young, and I adore this. (2187 views) | ||||

Just a wonderful special club from Chiquet in this vintage. This is still young and tight, but still has wonderful balance between fruit, toast, and acidity. I will hold these for now while I finish my 2000 Chiquet Special Clubs which are drinking perfectly now. (2987 views) | ||||
