Drinking really well. Quite orange in colour now, having matured significantly since release. Lacking a little energy but wow, what complexity. Spring 2014 Version: Really wild and raw, offering up the same interest as a natural wine. Very yeasty with some hints of beer along with typical saline manzanilla notes. Very interesting, and delicious but not very typical, and I wonder about the absolute quality level. Regardless, it is certainly worth trying as is very good.
