This is ready to go with maybe just 15 minutes of air. As others have stated, this is medium bodied, simple, and elegant. It didn't pair that well with our pasta (red sauce) or meat. It's still a very good wine, but it is missing that special something to get it into the 90s. Also consider pairing this with lighter fare. (1794 views) | ||||
