Starting shy, some vanilla, some wood, but with air (day 2, after a night in the fridge) this wine (100% chardonnay) blossomed with white fruit and flowers and a garrigue impression of spices, but not too, so the chardonnay kept its elegance, acidity and persistence; a refined wine.
