Tasted by matiasox@gmail.com on 4/19/2024 & rated 88 points: Easy drinking italian blend. Plum, raspberries, oak, a touch of vanilla and smoke. Grest with some @Matthew C pizza. (90 views)
Tasted by matiasox@gmail.com on 1/6/2024 & rated 88 points: 30 min. decant. Oak spices, blackberries, herbal, tomato leaf, wet wood. Palate: blackberries, blueberries, tomato leaf, raspberry, some astringency and balanced acidity. I liked this much more than expected. Cool climate blend, long red fruit finish. (295 views)
Tasted by sachsmart on 8/16/2022 & rated 90 points: Great bouquet. Long mouth, acidic & dark fruit. Long legs (1855 views)
Tasted by Vsark on 8/10/2022 & rated 80 points: Easy drinking, light and fruitful (1558 views)
Tasted by G00dy on 5/21/2022 & rated 90 points: I always appreciate Sangiovese more than most. Berry forward. Easily drinkable. Wide food optionality. (1831 views)
Tasted by celaine on 2/25/2022 & rated 85 points: Neutral taste. Easy to drink. (2300 views)
 Tasted by Dkms15 on 1/14/2022 & rated 82 points: Mediocre (2422 views)
Tasted by W20W on 12/19/2021 & rated 85 points: Moderate cherry aroma. Fruits/sour cherries on palate. The body is medium/full. The wine has pronounced acidity and tannins. Will see if it improves in the bottle. (1217 views)
Tasted by henrygjeffreys on 9/5/2021: Can't see a vintage so assuming it's NV.
Autumn fruit on the nose, red cherries and something a little floral,
Quite firm tannin, bittersweet cherry fruit and then sweeter oaky notes.
Touch of RS - I think.
Nice fruit but oak is a little intrusive as is the over sweetness. (2437 views)
Tasted by finewinebuff57 on 4/21/2020 & rated 86 points: A non-vintage blend Montepulciano and Sangiovese from the Abruzzi, and Primitivo and Negroamaro from Puglia. Each variety is vinified separately, then barrel aged and blended. This was a bottle which has been hanging around for a while so some bottle age. Ripe and attractive if straightforward. (4177 views)
Tasted by jnuger@gmail.com on 12/31/2018 & rated 88 points: I thought this was better than the rating suggested, pretty well balanced and easy. Esp for the price (4920 views)
Tasted by KTelaak_Buffalo on 12/6/2018 & rated 88 points: Surprisingly delicious! Very well rounded. Great for the price. (4705 views)
Tasted by sachsmart on 12/2/2018 & rated 90 points: Exquisite floral bouquet when aireated. Structured. Raspberries and cherries on the pallet. Not too acidic. Pair with food.Decant (4597 views)
Tasted by laurenofarabia on 9/16/2018 & rated 83 points: Bubbly (3728 views)
Tasted by jsjones on 3/15/2018 & rated 80 points: Dark, not very complex and way too jammy for me. (2232 views)
Tasted by thebonnydooner on 1/17/2018 & rated 87 points: Another decent showing without being spectacular. (1084 views)
Tasted by thebonnydooner on 1/12/2018 & rated 86 points: Dark and ripe, nice acidity, some bitterness, but ripe and plush on the finish. Indistinct black fruits on the nose and palate. Overall, pretty tasty. (995 views)
Tasted by thebonnydooner on 12/29/2017 & rated 85 points: Initially seemed a little thin, but filled out nicely with some air. Cherry and blackberry fruit, a little tannic with great plummy and currant acidity, some bitterness and a touch of herbs. Nose is simple and pretty sweet, but the palate has some grip and zest. Not bad value for the money (approx $15) but not sure would buy again. (997 views)
Tasted by tniemeie on 12/26/2017 & rated 90 points: Very good. (956 views)
Tasted by Teulada on 7/16/2017 & rated 80 points: Thick black fruit that's been sun-dried, soft tannins and should have been produced in the far south of Italy, watch out for a sediment and decant it if you can (1080 views)
Tasted by marycr48 on 7/22/2016 & rated 65 points: Bold, slightly tannic, sweet. Smoky flavor. (1125 views)
Tasted by OB42 on 7/6/2016: BBQ Choice (1175 views)
