Peach gummy rings, green apple, honey, lemon, and green onion on the nose. Green apple, lime, and honey on the palate. Lively acidity and a very slight effervescence that provides a bit of body and enhances the crispness on the palate. Malic acidity, lime zest, and the barest hint of onion on a short lived finish. The wine looks greenish gold colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It tastes like apple and lemon. The body is light. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes short.
