Community Tasting History

Community Tasting Notes (average 93 pts. and median of 93 pts. in 3 notes) - hiding notes with no text

(449 views)
Tasted by Edouard84 on 3/4/2018 & rated 91 points: Great Mourvedre at peak. Quite fresh with round tannins and medium-bodied. (590 views)
Tasted by dead puddle on 12/30/2013: Blind tasting. Nose saturated of sweat cassis, raspberry. Mouth sweat, very fruity with those blackberries with high orange bitterness, low tanins, a bit of sap ,not a hint of minerality, (wich could be appreciable). Ending with caramel and burned flavours. I think this wine is unbalanced, high sugar, low tannins, low minerality. The fruit, over-sweat, highly present, make’s it a bit to popular, lacking nobleness. Far from what it is expected of a mourvèdre. (1099 views)
