Oeil : rosé-saumoné léger, opacité 2/10, viscosité faible en parois
Nez : projection d'intensité 3/10, frais, pêche, carambole, fleur blanche, anis/menthol, iode, acier inox
Bouche : sec, plutôt ample, acidité rafraîchissante à vive, avec une impression d'acide malique (dur), amertume moyenne-forte, persistance moyenne(-faible), rétro fruitée, florale, amère, métallique
Conclusion : dur lorsque très froid, il a donné le meilleur de lui-même en tempérant. Certains rosés méritent un peu de temps de cave pour se détendre, peut-être est-ce le cas ici... (?)
