Tasted by PDXinSEA on 6/30/2011 & rated 90 points: The house red for the last year. This is consistently good with lots of great sweet cassis fruit in the nose. The wine is medium bodied with good soft tannins, very nice weight, delicious cassis fruit with overtones of pomegranate, develops a bit of anise on the finish. Very good length. At under $10, an outstanding QPR. (4519 views)

Tasted by BrandrB on 4/6/2011 & rated 84 points: 100% McLaren Vale Shiraz. Medium red color. Light aromas of dark berries and oak. Simple medium-bodied palate with blackberry and oak flavors. Medium-short finish. Fairly thin and not nearly drinking as well as anticipated. (4559 views)
Tasted by vinoceros on 3/6/2011 & rated 89 points: Dark and thick now, with tobacco and dried red fruit. Shorter finish than I'd expect but a nicely aged bottle of wine that's ready to go now! (4578 views)
Tasted by Ron Felthoven on 11/19/2010 & rated 86 points: Sweet, dark fruit with some oak. Not much structure, just juicy and ready to drink. Grilled meats or pepperoni pizza would be nice here. (4876 views)
Tasted by luchavino on 10/28/2010 & rated 86 points: Dark purple color with a nose of dark berries, plum, pepper and spices. The palate is lush and full with black fruit tones that finishes with some slight tannins. What I would expect from a McLaren Vale Shiraz. Very nice. (2482 views)
Tasted by esb on 10/17/2010 & rated 89 points: Integrating fruit of deep blackberry/plum with light graphite/licorice but blackberry prevails. It's not particularly complex but the fruit is powerful and enjoyable. In the mouth it's big, not over the top, round, soft, and long. Overall, very good paired with strong flavors, now or hold short term. (2437 views)
Tasted by Vino Me on 3/19/2010 & rated 89 points: This is 100% Shiraz sourced from the Davey Family Vineyard. 14 months oak aging. 14.5% alcohol. This normally sells for about $30 but I found it for $3 on closeout. Very pleasing and easy to drink. Not a big over the top wine. Solid red and black fruit notes. Evenly balanced but on the fruity side. Drink now. 89 points. (2487 views)
