Among the top vineyards on Piedmonte. As in Burgundy the best vineyards are all sub-divided in to small plots and with fragmented ownership. Consists of Tortonian soil. Typically produces more open, velvety, and plush wines. They are feminine, yet possess considerable structure and concentration.
