	Tasted by vagrantone on 11/9/2020 & rated 85 points: Purchased at the winery. Screw-cap/ Fairly discreet nose with prominent petrol character, lime zest, nice freshness. Solid acid backbone, nice texture but lacks interest, length and aromatic intensity. Works best with food given its lean character. I expected more... Not likely to improve. (161 views)

Estate focuses on local artists and an artisinal bakery to compliment the winery. Known for their sparkling wines, they are much more than that.
