Nose of red berries, chalk, talcum powder and occasionally a Brett note that mostly disappeared with sufficient air. Flavors of red berries, chalk, grape, red currants and a green herbal note that makes itself known on the short finish. Good acidity and a light+ body, very easy drinking. aromas, savory, grapey, rocky/mineral. easy texture on the palate, juicy mouthwatering note, but acid really doesn't draw much attention to itself. lots of charm, with just a touch of pepper on the palate. The palate still has a bit of that "new wine taste" that you get in really young wines. Light on the tannins, but plenty of fruity, juicy acidity. Excellent!
