Le vin est relativement impressionnant, d'abord parce que c'est un vin blanc très bas de gamme, et deuxièmement parce que c'est un vin très bas de gamme qui a déjà 5 ans dans le corps. Au nez c'est plutôt floral. C'est difficile de mettre le doigt sur une odeur précise, mais du moins c'est simple, quoi qu'agréable à sentir. En bouche, c'est surtout là que c'est surprenant. Aucun signe de fatigue, bonne acidité, le vin est évidemment sec mais rien n'accroche. Saveur de pommes et de cannelle. Ça chauffe un peu en finale, mais bonne performance dans l'ensemble. J'avais lu sur cellartracker que quelqu'un avait carrément oublié ce vin en cave (un 1990 ou 1995 je crois) et l'avait ouvert quelques quinze années plus tard. Résultat: "a surprising wine".
