Tasted by wino from way back on 3/28/2024: Per WS: “Score 92. A delicate white, featuring peach and lemon flavors that mingle with toasty oak. Vivid acidity sets the pace as the spice and fruit notes intertwine through the finish. Drink now through 2028. 8,333 cases made, 1,000 cases imported.

Tasted by EirikEdge on 12/31/2023 & rated 91 points: Crisp and round. Yellow and green apple, lemon, orange zest, butter, oak and vanilla. Crisp acidaty to start, it mellowed out after som time in the decanter and became more rounded and broad. Medium body and acidaty with medium pluss body. Really nice! (634 views)
Tasted by nicefish on 11/23/2023 & rated 87 points: Probably just this bottle, but a bit too oxidized for my taste. (700 views)

Tasted by Euge67 on 10/17/2023 & rated 89 points: Se da un lato inizialmente non mi ha detto un granché con il difetto di essere poco elegante, dall’altro in 2 abbiamo finito la bottiglia chiacchierando. (943 views)
Tasted by THECORKDORK on 10/16/2023 & rated 90 points: One of the best white Burgundy values left. Quince, cheese rind, creme fraiche. (795 views)
Tasted by Ådne Lien on 8/12/2023 & rated 88 points: Fin til skalldyr, eller alene. (275 views)
Tasted by MosheDehsoM on 5/13/2023 & rated 92 points: Wonderful, remarkable, beautiful intensity, most enjoyable. Regardless, to me, the price I paid in Naftali Drink was outrageous 😡

Medium intense bright clear golden yellow color.

Medium body, medium acidity. Mineral. Long sour slightly bigger ending.

Nicely aromatic... this is how the color green should be smell.

Rich, complex, very rewarding on the palate, grass, apple, green melon, pear, butter, oak, lemon, citrus, lime, grapefruit.

Lovely wine, only reason I didn't rated it higher was the bitterness 🥂 (321 views)
Tasted by Burgundy Al on 4/26/2023: Wildman Grand Tour (RPM - Chicago IL): Walkaround tasting. I typically enjoy this Cuvée more, but found it presently on the tart side for the vintage. Big and dense, but I'm wondering if this just needs more time to harmonize. (1607 views)
Tasted by Anders Danielsen Lie on 2/21/2023 & rated 88 points: Mer presis flaske enn forrige. Plastkork. Kamfer- og smørpreget frukt, fin litt rustikk chardonnaykarakter. Bra syre. God vin og leverer litt andre nyanser enn burgund (984 views)
Tasted by Alex G. on 12/22/2022: Decent quaffer but lacking in tension and length. (964 views)
Tasted by ant-1 on 11/4/2022: Non. Ben trop d’amers. (1149 views)

Tasted by P.Graff on 9/11/2022 & rated 90 points: Too late for detailed notes, bit this was super with gratin de lumaconi! Bisquit/cookie dough and slight oak. Notes with the next bottle (714 views)
Tasted by Anders Danielsen Lie on 7/22/2022 & rated 88 points: God, om enn litt subtil, utgave av denne vinen. Litt diffus aromatikk. Ellers bra og som forventet (1177 views)
Tasted by ttholst on 3/12/2022 & rated 86 points: Pnp og fulgt i glasset i en time. (655 views)

Burgundy

Les vins de Bourgogne (Bureau interprofessionnel des vins de Bourgogne) (and in English)

Burgundy - The province of eastern France, famous for its red wines produced from Pinot Noir and its whites produced from Chardonnay. (Small of amounts of Gamay and Aligoté are still grown, although these have to be labeled differently.) The most famous part of the region is known as the Cote d'Or (the Golden Slope). It is divided into the Cote de Beaune, south of the town of Beaune (famous principally for its whites), and the Cote de Nuits, North of Beaune (home of the most famous reds). In addition, the Cote Chalonnaise and the Maconnais are important wine growing regions, although historically a clear level (or more) below the Cote d'Or. Also included by some are the regions of Chablis and Auxerrois, farther north.

# 2013 Vintage Notes:
* "2013 is a vintage that 20 years ago would have been a disaster." - Will Lyons
* "low yields and highly variable reds, much better whites." - Bill Nanson
* "Virtually all wines were chaptalised, with a bit of sugar added before fermentation to increase the final alcohol level." - Jancis Robinson

# 2014 Vintage Notes:
"We have not had such splendid harvest weather for many years. This will ensure high quality (fragrant, classy and succulent are words already being used) across the board, up and down the hierarchy and well as consistently from south to north geographically apart from those vineyards ravaged by the hail at the end of June." - Clive Coates

# 2015 Vintage Notes:
"Low yields and warm weather allowed for ample ripeness, small berries and an early harvest. Quality is looking extremely fine, with some people whispering comparisons with the outstanding 2005 vintage. Acid levels in individual wines may be crucial." - Jancis Robinson

# 2017 Vintage Notes:
"Chablis suffered greatly from frost in 2017, resulting in very reduced volumes. As ever, the irony seems to be that what remains is very good quality, as it is in the Côte d’Or. Cooler nights across the region have resulted in higher-than-usual acidity, with good conditions throughout the harvest season allowing for ripe, healthy fruit." - Jancis Robinson

# 2018 Vintage Notes:
"The most successful region for red Burgundy in 2018 was the Côte de Beaune. The weather was ideal in this area, with just enough sunlight and rain to produce perfectly balanced wines naturally." - Vinfolio
