The wine has been cellared for about 17 years at 60-62 degrees F, and the fruit is still great, tannins soft and spice just enough. We are incredibly happy that Tapestry Shiraz has lasted this long and we look forward drinking our last of the case (99 views) |

Medium body, this wine is fairly smooth and mellow at this point in it's life, the cocoa tinged black fruits accented by dill and cedar, no doubt influenced by American oak. Tannins are present but have settled down from release. A nice Shiraz, if a bit on the simple side. (2681 views) |

This wine had wonderful aromas of dark cherry and a little bit of smoke in the background. Tastes of blackberry with oaky vanilla and smoke. Inky thickness and mouthfeel was well received.
