Seems to have more character as it gets close to room temperature. The color is more salmon than pink. I think this is a bleed wine from their red wine program, the the skins being broken. Kind of soft and only moderately fruity. Nice taste of rhubarb, light minerality and something chalky. Subdued, controlled, classy acidity. Refreshing finish with lingering fresh bitten strawberry.
