(919 views) | | Tasted by WineNerd76 on 6/24/2023 & rated 88 points: Pale straw color, almost completely clear; green apple, lime zest, and white blossom on the nose; high acidity; tastes like lemons, apples, and honeydew with a long finish. (801 views) | | Tasted by iris_m on 6/15/2023: Lightly effervescent and refreshing. Melon and green apple, and almost a pixie stick thing? Tasty summer sipper. (817 views) | | Tasted by muskegcorner@yahoo.com on 5/28/2023 & rated 91 points: Nice easy drinking wine (763 views) | | Tasted by kylesowens on 5/6/2023 & rated 89 points: Exactly what it’s made for, easy drinking on a hot day. Crisp, slightly evanescent, with some stone fruit and medium plus acidity. Will be buying this in bulk for porch sipping. (540 views) | | Tasted by aafflyer on 4/29/2023: Nothing fancy, but great summer wine to drink chilled. 9% alcohol, what's not to like at a $6 price point. (375 views) | | Tasted by @yourfavoritewino on 4/23/2023: Great brand! Crisp, light, effervescent Great summer wine! Very refreshing (394 views) | | Tasted by Sangria Blanc on 4/7/2023: Taste light like champagne but little weaker. (347 views) | | Tasted by cthamlin on 12/20/2022 & rated 90 points: Nice, light, refreshing with a bit of effervescence. 9% abv (602 views) | | Tasted by Daltond333 on 5/1/2022: Very pale, lemon-green, light pétillance. Tart green apple and wet stones. Dry, light body, low alcohol, medium acidity. Simple and fresh. (1234 views) | | Tasted by SheilaVino on 10/29/2021 & rated 85 points: Slightly bubbly. Crisp, slightly sweet yet tart and fruity. Not my favorite though. (1563 views) | | Tasted by D.Palermo on 9/10/2021 & rated 89 points: - Light gold color - Quite decent verde, especially given it's a non-vintage and really, really cheap. Notes of lime and green apple. Lightly fizzante. (1693 views) | | Tasted by Oenophile89 on 9/6/2021 & rated 80 points: Great white grape juice for a hot day. Just a hint of an idea of effervescence. Thin, crisp, finishes clean, and a good PVQ at 10/bottle. (1413 views) | | Tasted by Stuart10er on 9/3/2021 & rated 86 points: Fruity and spritzy. Great with Thai food. Note of apple (1351 views) | | Tasted by Dean&Libby on 5/11/2021 & rated 86 points: OK for a low-priced vinho verde, but nothing particularly special. (1361 views) | | Tasted by cassel on 1/19/2021 & rated 84 points: Off dry, a bit of sparkle but loses it quickly. (1275 views) | | Tasted by RoyaltyCoins on 9/5/2020 & rated 83 points: Transparent platinum, hint of green
Nose: Melon rind, cut parsley.
Mouth: Lightly effervescent, with lime pith, light green melon, and a hint of quinine on the finish. Very short in length overall.
83. (1551 views) | | Tasted by kjjamison on 8/15/2020 & rated 85 points: Lightly carbonated. No complexity in high acidity green apple pucker. Refreshing on a hot day to a degree but overall not balanced or flavored in a satisfying way. Yet went quite well with a rich cheesy eggy strata and salad for supper. (1217 views) | | Tasted by capscapscaps on 7/26/2020 & rated 88 points: Perfect, light & refreshing everyday effervescent Vinho Verde. Great QPR under $10. Writing from memory but I recall green apple and not a lot of complexity nor a long finish, but tasted refreshing. Had it in 90 degree weather and paired with bbq shrimp - was a great match. Also had an Albariño that had a longer finish and more structure, so the contrast was interesting, and we liked both. (1386 views) | | Tasted by Coswinetaster on 7/24/2020 & rated 88 points: Llight straw color. Melon and citrus on the nose. Light to medium mouth feel. Dry and effervescent. Green apple, citrus and melon on the palate. Dry medium finish. (1002 views) | | Tasted by Oberhau on 7/18/2020 & rated 88 points: A festive quaffer with a spritz. (885 views) | | Tasted by Madera16 on 7/8/2020: This is an amazing deal. Light as a feather, slightly fizzy, dry finish. Very simple and very enjoyable in hot weather. (794 views) | | Tasted by WhooskeyWine on 6/6/2020 & rated 86 points: Light straw-hued, near translucent. Aromas and flavors of apple, lemon zest, lime, minerals, pear, salt, and stone. Medium-light body and high acidity. Lightly carbonated. A complex nose; a crisp palate; an elegant finish. A blend of Loureiro (50%), Trajadura (40%), and Pedernã (10%).
