Nose: Floral, spicy, caramel butter, fruit cocktail, tangerine, peach and toast.
Palette: Green apple, honeydew rind, peach, limestone.
Overall: Great wine. Good viscous and silky texture. Great aromatics, very nice balance of acid and sweetness. Excellent complexity. I have nothing to add to my earlier notes, except that this time I made the mistake of serving this AFTER the incredible 2011 Sea Smoke Chardonnay.
