No discernable fruit of any kind. Asked my wife to taste it blind and she said - sherry, and not in any complimentary way. Is this a cork problem perhaps. Seems to be very slowly oxidising. Drunk from the list at the Chelsea Arts Club on my own so over, say an hour. It did open up over time but lacked any power and was flat, undefined and lacking in character of any kind let alone Riesling. More grapefruit and pineapple that the promised preserved lemons.
