Considerable sediment present. A bit of mold underneath the crown cap and on top of the cork. Hazy orange color. No carbonation. Sour vinegary Nose. Medium-light bodied on the palate; strong but rounded sourness --- lemony sour; a bit of stony dryness on the mid palate and finish; full palate; has years left in it. This is beer is made exclusively from a selection of Cantillon’s finest 2 yr.-old lambic, hence its vintage designation. (1236 views) |
