Tasted by Ninetails on 4/9/2024 & rated 92 points: Part of a champagne sparking tasting.

My notes for this one were atrocious but it was my favourite of the night. (289 views)
Tasted by AGELVIS on 4/4/2024 & rated 86 points: PNP. Pale copper color. Apple, pear, honey, and subtle brioche. Mostly dry palate. Just the tiniest hint of sweetness. Modestly voluminous bubbles, which leaned toward the coarse end of the spectrum.

Overall, a very quaffable Champagne. This was served on my United flight from Houston to Munich. (573 views)
Tasted by sh6k on 3/30/2024: Never disappoints. Pretty, soft nose of apple and apple blossoms. Darker fruit on the palate with a backbone of light toast. Light but in no way insubstantial. (304 views)
Tasted by Burgundy Al on 3/24/2024 & rated 85 points: United Polaris wine. Tart apple with toasted baguette and good enough weight and balance. (516 views)
Tasted by eric lemieux on 3/13/2024 & rated 88 points: Peu dispendieux pour un Champagne et peu intéressant.
Peu de ressemblance autre que le nom. (488 views)
Tasted by Pmgreenberger on 2/10/2024: Had with friends and we all enjoyed it. (540 views)
Tasted by Federico Sesta on 1/7/2024 & rated 90 points: The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, lime, apple and biscuity. It tastes like grapefruit, lemon, lime, apple, pear, toast, apple blossom, bready and biscuity. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity. (772 views)
Tasted by Oferkaplan on 1/1/2024 & rated 51 points: Fresh green fruit high acidity
Light body
Not enough secondary for me
Not enough yeast (711 views)
Tasted by Lyubomir Lefterov on 9/2/2023 & rated 91 points: This bottle was fantastic, creamy, with white peaches and apples, fresh, fine creamy bubbles. Perfect match to 'Brillat Savarin' treat. (1475 views)
Tasted by Lyubomir Lefterov on 5/29/2023 & rated 90 points: Bubbly Party- Weekend with the in-laws - back garden. (Bishops Stortford): Apples and creme fraiche, some yeasty notes, fine mousse with good weight and easy drinking. Again, not the most complex but delivering. Clearly wine of the weekend. (1914 views)
Tasted by Burgundy Al on 5/21/2023 & rated 85 points: Tasty and balanced with plenty of fresh, bright fruit with good enough depth. (2603 views)
Tasted by gfb1 on 2/20/2023 & rated 86 points: Inoffensive. Too many lilacs and gardenias for my taste (1924 views)
Tasted by Hughmtinsley on 2/19/2023: Jane Richard sally and Paul (1831 views)
Tasted by Johno's Cellar on 1/1/2023 & rated 90 points: Its been while since I have tried this wine but this was a cost effective nice champagne . It was quite dry with an array of apples, pear and a little yeast extraction and a lively acidity that was very cleansing and enticing. Some more .... yes please (1508 views)
Tasted by BottleScholar on 12/25/2022 & rated 89 points: Slightly browned pastry crust, baked apple, marcona almond, lime. Shy of amazing, but a solid enjoyable wine with quality that exceeds its price. (1176 views)
Tasted by THECORKDORK on 11/26/2022 & rated 89 points: Beat my expectations. Dosage was a little bit high, but overall perfect for a Thanksgiving dinner with the fam. (1375 views)
Tasted by WhooskeyWine on 10/16/2022 & rated 89 points: Light gold hue. Aromas of apple, brioche, lime, and pear, with minerals on the palate. Medium body and high acidity. Long, dry finish. Elegant and balanced. (1246 views)
Tasted by Lyubomir Lefterov on 9/4/2022 & rated 89 points: A step above 'the Joshua' brut, more weight and complexity. Enjoyable and good value when of offer. 89p+ (1341 views)
Tasted by Lyubomir Lefterov on 6/7/2022 & rated 90 points: This bottle showed a little bit of bottle age. More weight, body, and tension which is something I'd like to see in Champagne. Nothing outstanding, just a nice rounded and solid bubbly, good for the price (when on offer of course). (1447 views)
Tasted by Caruso on 2/27/2022 & rated 91 points: Golden. Showing great balance, intensity and good complexity. This was bought in November 2021. -2022. 5/12/17/7. (1220 views)
Tasted by Kirk Grant on 2/27/2022: PnP, served in a Grassl Champagne glass. A deeper golden hue in the glass than I had expected. Scents of brioche, green banana, and dark pretzel. The palate leads lean, and then fans out in the mid-palate with flavors of yellow apple, buttered Ritz, and lime linger nicely on the palate. There's a lovely core of acidity, that seems to wipe my tongue clean of each bit that I just put in my mouth. I'm really surprised & impressed that this is $36/bottle. I'm not sure how well this would last though. It's already looking quite advanced. (1510 views)
Tasted by Papies on 2/4/2022 & rated 88 points: Two very consistent bottles. Solid NV , not too much rif raf and to the point. Good albeit not memorable. Won’t disappoint though. 88 (1231 views)
Tasted by gharter on 1/28/2022 & rated 89 points: Part of a large tasting. The group favorite by a wide margin. A creamy medium body Champagne. Apple, orange, smoke, spice and yeast. Longer finish. (1139 views)
Tasted by munktun on 1/26/2022 & rated 90 points: n: toaster crumbs, slightly burnt crossiant
p: fairly rich, weighty. straightforward and clean. quite enjoyable (867 views)
Tasted by rmcubed on 12/25/2021 & rated 85 points: Another reminder why this is an excellent "house" champagne. Fine, attractive mousse, balanced acidity. Relatively light in body, which isn't to everybody's taste. (878 views)

France - When it comes to wine, France stands alone. No other country can beat it in terms of consistent quality and diversity. And while many of its Region, Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne most obviously, produce wine as rare, as sought-after and nearly as expensive as gold, there are just as many obscurities and values to be had from little known appellations throughout the country. To learn everything there is to know about French wine would take a lifetime. To understand and appreciate French wine, one only has to begin tasting them. Click for a list of bestselling items from all of France.
Sub-Region:

Champagne - The French region of Champagne (including the cities of Rheims, Épernay, and Aÿ) was the first region in the world to make sparkling wine in any quantity. Today, the name of the region is synonymous with the finest of all sparkling wines, and wine-making traditions of Champagne have become role models for sparkling wine producers, worldwide. Surprisingly, the region of Champagne is now responsible for only one bottle in 12 of all sparkling wine produced. Styles of champagne range in sweetness ranging from an extra brut or brut 0, to the basic brut to demi sec to doux; some houses produce single vintage champagnes and others produce non-vintage (or incorporate wines/grapes of multiple vintages), often to preserve a specific taste; combinations of grape varietals; and colors, including a rosé. There are several sub-appellations, including the Valley of the Marnes river running from Épernay west, Massif de Saint-Thierry north and west of Rheims, Valley of the Ardre, the Mountains of Rheims (between Rheims and Épernay), Côte des Blancs, Côte de Sézanne, and Côte des Bar in the South. Champagne wine only uses three grape varietals (cépages): Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.
