I like the oak flavors this wine give like Vanilla and caramel but it's not overly sweet. The fruit is predominately blackberry flavors. More going on than I had time to discover. Black fruit, Terry's dark chocolate orange, spice, iron filings, agree on the talc like tannin. Very long. Took 3 hours for me to come around to this, or maybe just 3 hours for it to open up enough. Initial glass was a bit hot on the finish but given time it came together very nicely.
