Alright, let's give this last one a go w/ our fav local pizza takeout...Looking pretty ruby still with transparency. Definitely getting that Etna nose I love of smoke, ash, earthy funk, herbs, and cherry. Can't be mad at that. Maybe a little citrus peel (lemon, orange), clove, and anise as well. Good stuff. Medium body, acid, and finish, with integrated tannins, and flavors of cherry, lemon, herbs, and black tea. A longer finish would send this through the roof, but still really solid as is.
