I was torn between a sauv. blanc and something from Alsace or Italy. I called a 2014 CA Sauv Blanc. Purtroppo nonostante gli encomiabili sforzi del produttore, nel vino si sente tutta.
Buon naso, molto "verde".
Al palato l'aciditā č fortissima.
Sentori d'erba e di limone verde.
Non č male ma non certo paragonabile alla grazia, all'eleganza, e alla varietā di sapori espressa dal 2012.
Forse merita un punteggio leggermente pių alto, ma il fatto che il 2013 sia pure aumentato di 1 euro rispetto al 2012, mi fa veramente indispettire. Di solito di Les Baronnes ne prendo 12 bottiglie. Per il 2013 mi limiterō a questa.
