Tasted by kenv on 1/15/2019 & rated 91 points: Pop and pour with brunch dessert. Not super fresh, but more nuanced. Just delicious and a real crowd pleaser. (1661 views)
Tasted by kangaroopcs on 12/2/2017: Nose: strong cherry and deep earthy floral notes (bottle says rose petal, and I would agree).

Palate: Off-dry sweetness, Medium acidity, light body but heavy mouthfeel with the sugar. Bubbles are light and creamy but short-lived. Dried cherry/cranberry up front, with a floral and tart finish (reminding me of cherry fruit roll ups from when I was a kid).

This is definitely a more nicely crafted Brachetto than some of the cheaper ones out there, and a fun wine to introduce new wine drinkers. I've had other Brachettos that are like wine soda; this one is a true wine. (1698 views)
Tasted by Rich S on 5/13/2016 & rated 88 points: Fun and refreshing but still shows nice, bright red fruit flavors. Need to buy more for brachetto for the summer. (2439 views)
Tasted by Rich S on 12/31/2015 & rated 88 points: Juicy strawberry and cherry flavors with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Lightly carbonated. I dig it. (2601 views)
Tasted by arvidpalmqvist on 12/24/2015: Same as my last note. Worked very well with a lingonberry pannacotta. (2489 views)
Tasted by swapdoc on 9/16/2015: Braida Dinner (Eno Terra): A fizzy cherry soda, with a hint of moscato. (2122 views)
Tasted by Paul Benigeri on 9/15/2015 & rated 89 points: Really liked this wine. Very refreshing, fruity and sweet. Not thick though, very light and crisp. This is a unique wine that I really want to drink again, and get some bottles for celebratory aperitifs.

"Intense pink color, fine mousse. Lush aroma, fragrant and aromatic, intense red fruit and strawberries. A sweet, soft and delicate taste with refreshing aromatic finish. Accompanies chocolate-coated strawberries, wild berries, and goes well with dried fruit, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios and figs. The most traditional association, with a dessert after the meal or mid-afternoon, is with dry pastries and with oven baked sweets, from Christmas Panettone to jam tarts. Brachetto d’Acqui is one of the few wines throughout the world which can be matched with dark chocolate."

100% Brachetto (1444 views)
Tasted by forceberry on 9/14/2015 & rated 89 points: Luminous and rather pale ruby red color. Very sweet, fragrant and expressive nose with pronounced floral tones of rosewater along with rich notes of raspberry jam and a sharp hint of crunchy cranberry. The wine is gently fizzy, quite sweet and very lively on the palate with pretty light body and vibrant flavors of crunchy red berries, rosewater, some strawberry jam and a hint of ripe raspberry. The wine is moderately high in acidity - not really enough to offset the sweetness, but high enough to keep the wine balanced and fresh enough. The finish is sweet yet refreshing with nice, palate-cleansing sparkle and rich flavors of ripe raspberries, sticky cocktail cherries, some rosewater and a hint of strawberry juice concentrate.

A fun, bright and balanced Brachetto that shows nice acid-driven freshness for the quality. Definitely nothing serious - as befits for the style - but definitely tasty and balanced. Needs to be served chilled so that the sweetness doesn't get overwhelming. Drinks nicely on its own, but I can see this also pairing very nicely with desserts or softer cheeses. Nice! (784 views)
Tasted by arvidpalmqvist on 8/8/2015: Semi-sweet, lightly sparkling, light red color, low alcohol, taste/smell of red fruit. Not overly complex but extremly pleasant for what it is. Worked well with chocolate dessert which is somewhat uncommon for a sparkling. (990 views)
