Pronounced kal-kâr'ē-Əs. WINE LABEL: The beautiful western hils of Paso Robles caught our eye. The exceptional Calcareous (limestone) sil, so rare to California, gained our attention. The ocean breezes caressed our souls as the southwestern exposure warmed our hearts.
