Tasted by OhioBigV on 2/28/2021: Surprised by how good. (984 views)
(1775 views)
Tasted by Zweder on 4/15/2019 & rated 84 points: Weekly tasting group RWP #327; vin nature, orange wine vs traditional wines (@ RK): In the bouquet lemonade with strawberries and rose hips. On the palate tomato, banana, tea, firm acidity, unripe cherries and drying. Very special wine. 84 at best. (1898 views)
Tasted by legarejm on 2/7/2019 & rated 93 points: Consistent notes (1712 views)
Impeccable. (2909 views)
Tasted by legarejm on 8/10/2018 & rated 93 points: Wow! High acidity, very mineral, citrusy, apricots, close to a sour beer. Unique, nice depth and complexity. (1199 views)
Tasted by Cabernetdialectic on 8/2/2018 & rated 90 points: Nose of peach/apricot, cheese curd, sour beer, cantaloupe, root beer spices, liquorice root, nutmeg, dried green mango, canned pears, quince jam, modelling clay, sour soother candies, navel orange, tangerine, grapefruit, squash, herbal tea. High acidity, full bodied yet deft on the palate. Huge minerality. Huge mineral grapefruit would be the capsule summary. (871 views)
Tasted by Fantasio on 7/7/2018 & rated 91 points: Pas de notes, mais de mémoire superbe vin orange doux et floral avec des notes de pamplemousses. Beaucoup aimé, gros coup de coeur! 91 (1012 views)
Tasted by Wine Ratings on 6/22/2018: Racy apricot; savoury cardamom and caraway; tangy apple cider; peppery orange pekoe. Add it all up, and you have wild brilliance in a glass! Vinified with judiciously skin-contacted Pinot Gris from entirely unpruned vineyards (Graupert defines as wild, unkempt), the quality of the fruit here shines through in spades. And that colour! Damn. Time opens the wine up for even more intrigue by way of attractive floral notes, balsamic, vietnamese fish sauce, and an orange popsicle finish. Easily one of my favourites from the portfolio, and a bottle that readily earns praise from all who try it. (635 views)
Tasted by bps2266 on 6/11/2018 & rated 89 points: gold color. highly floral nose with apricot and a faint oxidative note. medium bodied and solidly acidic. tart golden apple, apricot, and honey on the palate. short finish. (678 views)

Pinot Gris

From Pinot Gris Wikipedia entry:
Wines made from the Pinot gris vary greatly and are dependent on the region and wine making style they are from. Alsatian Pinot gris are medium to full bodied wines with a rich, somewhat floral bouquet. They tend to be spicy in comparisons with other Pinot gris. While most Pinot gris are meant to be consumed early, Alsatian Pinot gris can age well. German Pinot gris are more full-bodied with a balance of acidity and slight sweetness. In Oregon the wines are medium bodied with a yellow to copper-pink color and aromas of pear, apple, and/or melon. In California, the Pinot gris are more light bodied with a crisp, refreshing taste with some pepper and arugula notes. The Pinot grigio style of Italy is a light-bodied, often lean wine that is light in color with sometimes spritzy flavors that can be crisp and acidic. Although this wine can be very sweet, it will begin to lose its acidity when it is nearly ripe.

Pinot gris is considered an "early to market wine" that can be bottled and out on the market within 4–12 weeks after fermentation.
