Twinge of mint as well. Big strawberry palate, not too sweet, but it’s pushing the limit. Smooth tannins and a splash of acid, and finishes with milk chocolate.
Quite delicious at $25.

Palate is strawberry and chocolate, with cherry, boysenberry, pepper and spice. Very fine tannins and good acidity. Very approachable now, and I expect some complexity to emerge with some time laying down. (263 views) |
